We service and repair Power Mate ES-5D and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Power Mate ES-5D include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ES-5D if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6610057ML manufactured by Pattern-Processing-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Pattern-Processing-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TDC9 by Manufacturer Process-Automation as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Premisys Brand 2595001117 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powerware such as 101073615100 equipment made by Powerware have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
